For all the newcomers to Korean BBQ it is a great way to try 12 different meats- ranging from beef, pork, chicken, seafood and vegetables.


Meats available are;
Joo Mul luhk - short steak marinated with sesame oil, salt, pepper and soy
Spicy Pork Bulgogi
Beef Bulgogi
Chadolbegi - thinly sliced beef brisket which is not marinated. It is so thin it cooks nearly instantly as soon as it is dropped onto the heated pan.
Samgyepsal - thick strips of unsalted bacon.
